Sky, Kings, Sea, Limbus, Einharjar, Salvage, and to a lesser extent, Nyzul Assaults.
Kings are still miserable with congestion and daily pops. Sea can just be an exercise in futility with poor drops. Sky's improved since the RMT were largely driven out, but it can still be contested during peak times. Limbus is nice if you can do it regularly and people aren't fragmented in gear goals. Salvage is kind of like Limbus in that you can do it whenever you want once a day and have the people for it, but drop rates can be miserable and some other things like some NMs appearing inside are simply a matter of luck. Some people like Einharjer, but it's too attendance-driven (if you miss a wing, you basically screw your group unless they wanna backtrack) and even the ampoule rewards are mediocre if you don't happen to score something from Odin (which is likely since he'll only drop like 2 king and 2 ToAU abj and a weapon or armor if you're lucky). I actually consider Nyzul assaults the most fun due to their random layout, but I'd also say they're the least rewarding. Go figure on that one.
Who you ask will ultimately yield a differing opinion on some of the above. Some wouldn't call Sky endgame anymore, but they're also likely the types who have nothing to gain from it. Kirin still requires a nice chunk of manpower, even if it can be TP burned.
