Fort Hood Part 2Follow

They're about to execute Holmes (the theatre shooter) and there is little doubt whether the south Carolina church shooter will be getting the death penalty.

How's the fort hood shooter doing? Anyone want to take bets on whether the SC church shooter will be executed before the fort hood shooter is?

Good money is Obama pardon's the fort hood shooter before he's executed.

"Banned"?

Do the Chinese overlords know that you just eliminated a chance to raise forum traffic by sixteen gorillian percent?

It'll be interesting to see someone executed after a pardon, I must say.

We can always have a lively discussion about the Fort Hood soldier who was detained for following a sixteen year old girl and masturbating.

Well, that's unsavory. When did that happen?

He was picked up yesterday. Apparently the incident happened in April, and he's had a few indecency cases pending.

I'm thinking about getting a small business loan and opening a franchise of drive-through jack-shacks.

Yeah, gotta feel bad for the Fort Hood Shooter - if only Bush were still in office he could have made a donation to his campaign and gotten one of them pre-printed pardons Dubyah was handing out to his and The Dickster's cronies.

I tell ya, this country's gone to hell in a handbasket. We'll be salutin' the Eyeatollya soon.

It's too bad yesterday's shooter was killed; he'd be a shoo-in for a pardon, right?

They probably think that killing Bin Laden was a pardon, since we couldn't torture him.

In that case, he did get off easy.

So Varus' solution to this inequality would be to take away the states' rights to enforce their own laws, and replace it with a federalized system to ensure are all executed in the same timespan?

And anyway, the Fort Hood v1 shooter was tried in military court, which I assume is made up of more conservative-leaning people than civilian court.

So now we have "civilian militias" protecting recruiting centers. Which means fat dudes sitting in chaise lounges under tents carrying guns to keep America safe. The Marines aren't thrilled about this and are probably less thrilled after one of these idiots fired off his AR-15.
Columbus Dispatch wrote:
The armed civilians who have been guarding a military recruitment center here are gone, ordered off the property after one of them accidentally discharged his rifle on Thursday.

Even better was HOW this aegis of liberty managed to fire his gun...
Quote:
Reed told police that he was holding his rifle outside the recruitment center when someone asked if he could take a look at it. Reed agreed, and while he was trying to clear the ammunition from the weapon, he accidentally fired one shot into the asphalt pavement.

"I'm protecting this places from terrorists!"
"Hey, can I see your gun a minute?"
"Yeah, sure..."

Don't these people have jobs? Smiley: facepalm

They're doing an unpaid internship as recruitment centre guards. This is how you break into an industry these days, Joph. Get with the times.

What, he feels the government isn't trying to give weapons away to random people and accidentally kill his friends and family?

I wonder what the Venn diagram looks like between people worried about stupid shit like Jade Helm and people outraged that military personnel aren't bristling with firearms during peacetime duties on domestic soil.
