S'what it says in the article. A female artist into the rockabilly scene made the shirt for him. And apparently one who is oppressing women and keeping them out of the sciences via "casual misogyny".

All those feminists from the 1960s who fought for their right to own their sexuality are going to be in for a shock when they find out that they're actually sexist misogynists.

Okay, here's a weird aside that I've been debating mentioning for a while but finally decided to bring up. I keep randomly running across people on my Twitter feed(despite the fact that I'm only following 37 people; though I do keep track of about that many more manually) who are either from here or who have similar names to folks from here. Some of it is coincidence in names, for sure(like the Wint I ran across just now who doesn't sound at all like the Wint from here), but I actually looked into a couple and I'm pretty sure they're actually folks from here. And then there are the times I really hope that it's not someone from here, like the time I got the notification that "Varus has favorited one of your tweets.".

Anyway, just a random aside that has little to do with anything. Just found it interesting that it seems to be a small world after all. A small, small world.

Edit: While we're at it...Lulz.

What's your twitter name?

i just started a twitter account a couple weeks ago. really I've not tweeted much, but I wanted to vote in a Hobbit thing that was through twitter. Also my son is twitching LoL games. He needed followers.

I've been to the gamergate twitter place and where-ever it might have led me.........

For most all internet stuff I'm Linnymay or Linnimay or Elinda or simply Linda. Crazy I know, but at least no one will ever accuse me of being without spoon.

Writers must like to rant.

I just checked my twitter page and Joe Abercrombie is all over it whining about prose and people and people who whine about prose.

I haven't logged into Twitter in a coon's age. And my Twitter handle isn't similar to my Zam username.

Heh, Zam thought I was being racist.

I posted in the wrong thread.

edit: might as well make use of this post.

I found Poldaran on twitter. I think I'd better not follow you though. I don't want any of that gg or anti-gg stuff showing up on my feed. A co-worker reminds me daily of what a sell-out I am to the feminine movement. I don't want to reinforce that image.

I think I have to go listen to Helen Reddy again.

It's cool. I prefer a fairly low follower count. That way if I **** off an anti and they decide to buy me followers in a false flag effort to get me kicked off Twitter(god I wish that I was making that up), I can spot it easily. Not that I engage very often(one reply, so far, iirc), but you know. Really, the account exists just so I can report people doxxing or harassing and to more easily follow enough folks to keep up to date on happenings.

I'm going to assume it was "I haven't niggered into Twitter" before you edited it.

So, apparently some Antis have antagonized something called Baphomet(some kind of chan sub-board, I think), which is now attacking them. For some reason they expect GG to make it go away. I feel for them(it sounds like it's getting pretty bad), but what does that have to do with us, really?

It's also the demon Jack Chick says the Freemasons worship. But I think the particular incarnation they're talking about is a group of folks not completely unlike /b/ or something. I dunno. I've only got bits and pieces I've heard on Twitter and haven't looked all that much into it. Edit: Here's a thing.

Edit: That didn't take long.

Am I looking at the right thing here? That's just a smear against the 1337 skills of feminist gamers, and I don't see why I should take that from someone who couldn't even beat pre-nerf Kael.

You talking about me? Because I have the title to prove myself on that one.

Also, which thing are you looking at to question?

Kael was nerfed way before Hand of A'dal, man. That title's only exclusive to people who killed him before the.... third? major nerf. Maybe second.

And I'm looking at the comic. Not even sure why you linked that, something to do with this McIntosh character, maybe?

We weren't on Kael before then(heck, I barely joined my raiding guild a couple weeks before we got our first Kael kill based on looking back at old summaries). I just know we downed him before the patch 2.4 intro of the title, which I think came with or shortly before a major nerf as well. Also, big words from someone I haven't seen in a Dark Souls thread. Not Prepared to Die, triple k? Smiley: wink

And, as for the comic, it was related to a link I posted a little further up. Which amused me.
