Turned out to be a not very exciting game, aside from the result that is.
The high back really killed Italy and any real excitement the game could have had. I mean, it's a good strategy against aggressive play, but ****.

I'm going to eat before I throw someone out of a tower.

Missed the Italy game, but apparently not that much. Excited for France against the Swiss. I didn't even know those cuckoo clock manufacturing bastards had a team until today!

They're pretty decent, too. Mainly because the few immigrants they let in had children. Which makes their racist laws even more idiotic. Seriously, the f*ckin swiss...

Massive game for France, if we lose it means Argentina in the last 16.

The Swiss defence is just like their cheese.

Not as good as the French.

According to the dutch commentator these two goals share their record of fastest successive goals by one team at the world cup with the 7-1 and 8-1 for Hungaria in Hungaria vs El Salvador at the 1982 world cup in Spain, a game that ended in 10-1.

Swiss got one, flag on play offsides lost the point, horrible haircut there too.

10-1 sounds like a remarkably boring game and doesn't make the speed of scores too interesting.

Probably a wonderful game for Hungarians and it's the only other time two goals have been scored by the same team within a minute at a world cup.

Edit: sloppy play by France now.

Amateur mistake by the Swiss defender, Benzema wasn't going anywhere and that foul was moronic.

Good game. Surely the most exciting thing in Swiss history since that dad tried to crossbow his kid.

Helvetica was designed by a Swiss company, I'd call that exciting. Also H.R. Giger.

Well, they've unredeemed themselves with those two misses in a row.

Not sure creating a font beats a reverse Tyrion.

Von Bergen, the player who was kicked in the face by Giroud is in the hospital with what is thought to be a broken cheekbone and possible eye damage.

Edit: Helvetica is not a font, it's the most famous font ever made and also one of the greatest.

And that's 3.
