All the calls for penalties were baseless and Webb had all of them right, he also correctly saw that Hulk caught the ball with his chest and arm and called hands, the yellow was a bit much in my opinion but it was still a correct call to make.
He cards incredibly inconsistently.
Definitely should not have been a yellow for Hulk, unintentional hand ball is not a cardable offence and he tried very hard not to. Brazil should have got a penalty.

Not as bad as the Netherlands though, not a single Dutch goalie has ever stopped a penalty at a world cup if I'm remembering right.
Edit: and with half the field barely able to stand these penalties should be fun.

And absolutely great showing by Chile, this was as close as it should have been for this match. Although it is kind of unfortunate that this is the 4th time that Chile got past the group stage and the 4th time Chile was knocked out by Brazil.
Not sure I have the stamina to watch the Columbia game after that, what a match.
