Yes you can. You have terms like bitter, sweet, sour, tangy, spicy, soft, rough, hot, cold, etc. You have tasted enough food to know what you might like to eat based off of those words. You have created a baseline from experience.

Besides, no one is asking you why you like something, but explain the traits that would signify your desire. You don't have to explain why you like to wear dresses, make up and heels, but acknowledge that those things are female gender traits.

If you can't do that, then you have no baseline to judge genders.

The standard.

Obviously not, because "The Standard" says otherwise.

Rachel wrote:
But you are a cisgender man. Having a few "gender traits" of the opposite gender doesn't make you trans.

Who said "few"? You added that word. Given a man with just as much female gender traits as male traits, he can use either bathroom.

Rachel wrote:
If you don't answer "yes" to the question "are you a woman (and not a man)?", then you can't use the women's bathroom. And if you do, then you can't use the men's bathroom.

Exactly. Except you're still confusing gender with sex even after you defined it. Your gender doesn't define your sex. Again, that's the entire point of the word GENDER! HTF do you not understand that?

Your stereotypical actions do not define your sex! A woman who likes football, beer, UFC, baggy clothes, short hair, etc. is just as much a woman as a woman who wears dresses, make up, heels, like dramas, etc. How you present yourself doesn't define your sex. You are truly confused if you believe otherwise.

Rachel wrote:
Correct, all women, trans or cis would be able to. That includes exactly zero homosexual men (if they were trans, they would just be heterosexual women).

So all homosexuals are transgenders? Or are you denying the existence of a homosexual man, who identifies himself as a man, who express more female gender traits than male traits?

You are truly effed up. Is it really that hard to admit that you're wrong?

Where does it say that? The word can be found in encyclopedias, books, newspapers, etc, and when someone says it, most people understand what is meant.

The amount doesn't matter.

No. If you're trying to say someone who's gender is both or neither of the typical two, then okay, fine. But i don't think that's what you're trying to say.
Quote:

Huh? I was obviously talking only about gender.

Yes, obviously. It doesn't define your gender either. I never said it did.

Excuse me? Did you misread what i said? Here it is again:
Quote:

If that's still too difficult for you to understand, i'll simplify for you: Homosexual men are not, by definition, trans women. Some minority of them are trans men, but none are trans women. Not all, but none. A trans woman who is attracted to men would just be a heterosexual woman, not a transgender homosexual man.

By the way, transgender is an adjective, not a noun.

It almost sounds like a standard. I guess it's only a standard when you agree with it, else "It's a horrible definition". How convenient.

Rachel wrote:

I said a man who have just as much female gender traits as male traits. That person can use either bathroom under the gender discriminated bathrooms.

Rachel wrote:

Yes, obviously. It doesn't define your gender either. I never said it did.

Excuse me? Did you misread what i said? Here it is again:

You said if the person answered to "no" to the question "are you a woman", then you can't use the women's bathroom. Well according to your definition of sex, it is biological. So regardless of your gender, a biological man is always a man. Your gender, i.e. the desire to wear a dress, wigs, have breast implants, etc. doesn't change your biological sex. Therefore, if you were to ask a biological man with a female's gender if he were a woman, he would answer "no".

However, if the bathrooms are segregated by gender and not sex, then the man with the female gender is allowed to use the woman's bathroom.

Rachel wrote:

Once you realize that your gender doesn't define your sex, then you'll realize that a trans is a biological man with the desire to be a woman by expressing woman gender traits and vice versa. You can't say that sex is biological defined, that gender doesn't define your sex while labeling people by their gender.

If you are unable to explain what the female or male gender is, then you don't have a baseline to judge other people's genders.

Why did you quote that? Your response has nothing to do with any of that.

I don't need to be able to explain what makes something what it is to know what it is.

I quoted that because unless you are able to admit that fact, there will be no progress. You have to know what female gender traits ARE in order to recognize female gender traits. There is simply no other way.

Except that's the entire definition of gender. You are purposely trying to redefine words to fit your agenda.

I do recall using at least three different dictionaries and even wiki. Besides, as a gender expert, you should know the definition of gender.
