Well, it's news. This is the organization that went to the Supreme Court to defend its right to exclude homosexuals. Whether or not it's "breaking" is a matter for debate, I suppose.
I don't resent it being reported or discussed. I don't think considering a policy change has the urgent character of breaking news, though, no.
