135. I haven't been eating as much protein and have worked out less, and I think I've netted a loss of muscle mass. Part of it is diet, as I just simply need to eat more protein. A more significant part of it is probably that I find weightlifting painfully boring. My friends, being nerds, are rather lukewarm about any type of sport.
