What, I never mentioned that here?
No. Nor did you ever mention it in EQ. Story time.

Hey, I've been watching American Ninja Warrior. The Parkourians are stealing the show.

Parkourians? Lol! I've been waiting to see if any of the guys I've trained with (mostly a crew from Connecticuit) would show up on ANW, but it's nice to see guys I recognize anyways.

I did this, but I have to say I did not like the last question. It felt leading by implying that books are not as much fun as television or video games, which I have to disagree with.

yeah have to agree here. I was like ... um... but books ARE as fun as videogames!

For me, my dislike of audiobooks stems from the fact that I can read so much faster than anyone else can speak. The same book will take me an hour to read as it would someone two or three hours to say aloud.

Also, this, and what Elinda said about having trouble keeping the thread of the story. I can read through an earthquake, but I can't for the life of me pay attention to an audiobook

Thanks to everyone who did the survey! I got some really interesting responses, particularly for ideas on how to make reading more appealing to people who like TV and video games.

And to whoever said that reading was not as much fun as punching puppies, but more fun than digging a hole to bury a puppy, I bite my thumb at you. Smiley: tongue
