So what pagan and non-pagan plans do you have for this weekend?

Might have to re-do Charmaine's headshots since apparently there might not be enough for her portfolio and zed card this weekend.

Have some side projects and helping Ray with his homework (freaking art history is killing him).

My grandmother's birthday is on Sunday so a bajillion number of relatives converging at the beach to celebrate. And I've been told to get a cake together for it. There's going to be like 200 people, that's a huge cake.

And watching Thor again on DVD. I'll be watching that on a daily basis until Cowboys & Aliens comes out on DVD.

Wedding tomorrow. B-day party for my son with the other half of his family Sunday. And football.

Same thing I do every weekend. Try to teach my daughter to become a super villain in the future.

Remain sober! Smiley: lol

I've had a good week; been walking a ton, kept my calories in check. But it's going to take another month or so of the same before I see any results. The problem is... most weekends I tend to get pretty plastered. Curse you, UF tailgating! Luckily this weekend is an away game, so the temptation is a bit less Smiley: grin So instead of nursing a hangover each morning, I figure I'll still get up early and do something instead. Tomorrow I hope to hit up the lake nearby and go kayaking. Sunday I've got to get some maintenance on my car. Also have some shopping to do just for basic stuff. And a ZAM Q&A and Dragon Age... a full weekend, I hope!

And a healthy one!

Meeting my sissy-in-law at the Common Ground Fair tomorrow.

That's my only planned activity.

Nothing exciting; laundry, grocery shopping, working on my resume, drinking with the fellas, football, etc.

And playing DA:O. Again. Thanks, Joph. Smiley: glare

My company is being acquired in Q4, and while there's still no official word regarding lay-offs, I'm not holding out hope.

GL Dem. I hope things work out for you.
Nothing huge going on this weekend. I have an event I need to promote at tomorrow, but it's only for a couple of hours and right down the road. Otherwise I plan on relaxing and enjoying quiet (as much quiet as you get with 3 boys) as the next few weekends will be busy ones for us.

A friend's birthday tonight, so a bunch of us are going for drinks. Debating whether to go and see Nero at the SU club.

The rest of the weekend will be prep for class starting up again next week.

I really don't want to do much of anything this weekend. Moving and unpacking is wearing me out. But there are a few things left at the old place and I need to straighten it up some, so I guess I'll do that tomorrow. Then we're supposed to go looking for some tables, since this new place is bigger than the old place. But I might blow that off and sleep all day Sunday.

Tonight there will be wine and I might try to sneak in some gaming. Before Fringe. (Where the hell is Peter??)

Sounds good to me. Other than a dinner with the fiance's parents, nothin' on the docket this weekend. Date night tonight, probably at a movie, then nada.

I'll fill in the blanks with Smiley: boozing

...which will probably add a fresh set of blanks to my memory. Should be a good time.

2-0 in both of my fantasy football leagues. Lookin' to keep the run going on Sunday, but it'll be an uphill battle. I'm getting strung out trying to cover for Arian Foster's absence.

Nothing super amazing this weekend. The usual grocery shopping and laundry stuff. Will watch some TV (curious where they're going with fringe as well). I also DVR'd a few show pilots this week and will check them out to see if any pique my interest.

Saturday night, some friends are having a dinner party. Should be fun. Some friends we haven't seen in a while will be there, so it'll be fun to catch up. I suspect there will be drinking involved.

Sunday will be football during the day, and then my RQ game at night. I'm running a short little segment within a longer adventure. I got my inspiration from recently re-watching old SG:Atlantis episodes and decided that a spooky town with heavy mist and hard to spot creatures jumping out from said mist to grab people and drag them off to be eaten would be fun as hell. There's some back story as to why there's some evil genius guy making these creatures, but that's just boring stuff they'll find out afterwards. Smiley: cool

I was thinking about putting a decent coat of wax on the car to get ready for the dark months to come, but it's apparently going to rain all weekend. I'll probably just play games and watch the tele all weekend. I've got some movies on the old hard drive that need watching, so there's that too. I did stop by the local den of evilGamestop to preorder Skyrim, so at least November is looking bright.

I've seen that one. Not one of their better episodes.

Yeah. It wasn't. However, it was the perfect inspiration for me when my co-GM came to me and said that he was going to have the party travel through an area where I'd established an evil cult that specialized in wacky magical/demonic body modifications and he asked me if I'd be interested in running a short bit to make the trip more interesting and to give me the opportunity to drop a plot hook for some future scenario. Evil cultist harvesting troll, orc, and human body parts to run through his demon-forge powered spawning pool to create icky mist spewing monsters (which go out to harvest more body parts of course!) just kinda seemed like a perfect thing to do. I'm just that sort of obliging GM. Smiley: sly

But last night was grand. Ended up watching Disney movies (I think they were Disney? Finding Nemo and The Great Mouse Detective) with my new apartmentmates. We also got access to the facebook of one of them and changed her birthday to today; she has an entire page of "Happy birthday!"s so far Smiley: laugh. I'm sure she'll be confused upon waking up. Drunk me was also amazing last night, as I woke up this morning with a playlist of my favorite songs on repeat from youtube. I don't know how to make a playlist, so that's pretty awesome.

But man, the starting of this headache is not cool Smiley: glare
