She's dangerously delusional, I don't know about anything else.

I'm not even sure if Ron Paul would be a less dangerous choice than her, what with his hatred of keeping church and state separate and all.

But $2 a gallon gas and such!

Anyone who claims to be a "Libertarian" needs to be shipped off to Somalia. They don't have any rules there, it'll be paradise for those T-baggers!

Honestly, I'd take Ron Paul over any of the other GOP candidates. He's a bit crazy, but it's a better brand of crazy than Bachmann or Perry, and I don't think he could actually accomplish the majority of his ideas (destroying the IRS, leaving the UN, overturning the separation of church and state). Ironically, I believe his reasoning on the separation of church and state is not due to his Christianity but rather his strict following of the Constitution.

At the very least he's consist, which I guess counts for something.

I'd probably take Jon Huntsman over Ron Paul but I'll admit that I haven't poured over his policy positions. Both have a roughly equal chance of being elected; i.e. zero.

I'm no libertarian (are you shocked?) but I'm pretty sure they're in favor of a sufficient military for national security and with a very isolationist bent. So Somalia wouldn't be much of a paradise.

Besides, he already has a built in Inauguration song.

Using 'refute' to mean 'deny' is a fairly common mistake...

It's a common use of the word and it appears in the dictionary. So I'm unsure what your issue is here. I used the word, right? How about you let me set the meaning of the word as I meant it when I wrote it instead of insisting that my own words are not what I meant to write because there's another more restrictive meaning that the word could have?

If you want to argue that refute isn't the best or most accurate word to use, then that's fine. I'm just unsure what you think you're getting out of taking a sentence where I clearly used the word "refute" to mean "argue against", and in which that use of the word makes perfect sense, and then insisting on using the meaning that doesn't make sense and declaring my statement to be incorrect. Dunno but that just seems like your creating a conflict for no reason at all.
