I'm going to call tomorrow to confirm my reservation and ask about a shuttle from South Station, so I'll ask. I was going to do it today, but some **** came up.

I believe they do shuttle service to airports/train stations and up to 2 miles away from the hotel. But they will call and order cabs for us to get to the restraunt

Never say never, but 99% certain I have to be in UK on the Friday and the Monday.

If it were one or the other I'd maybe try a red-eye flight and use alcohol to combat jetlag. As it is, you'll almost certainly have to try to enjoy the weekend without a drunken Brit vomiting on your party outfits.

A while back I was really looking forward to Vanguard, but I've decided to skip it. Hubby and I have an agreement to only play one subscription based game at a time for budgeting purposes, and we're both really looking forward to the WoW expansion. We are tentatively planning on switching to Warhammer Online next year when it comes out though. I'm excited about that one. /hijack off

Ahh, that's cool. Actually, I'm really into the Warhammer novels now and I'm definitely gonna check out Warhammer Online - I understand it's all pvp, which should be interesting. I can't believe you cannot play a Skaven though. Grand Seer Thanquol is awesome. I was hoping to squirt my musk in all it's glory. Smiley: tongue

While I dislike PVPing myself, I find this game interesting because it give you a way to be a part of PVP without actually engaging other players in combat. You should read up on it.

Played the tabletop wargame version of Warhammer and Warhammer 40K for years. From what I read as your character progresses you can customize him, like add skulls of your enemies to your belt and such and, the thing I really like, the orcs get bigger as they level up. I can't wait 'til this game comes out. Orc General Morgore Grimskar will live again!

I also read something about how Dwarves' beards grow longer as they gain more experience. I think that's pretty cool. Should be an interesting game. I really dig the Warhammer world.

Yeah, dwarves beards get longer and more ornate (buckles, twists, etc).. everyone gets beefier looking as they level up (or whatever mechanism they end up using, realm ranks or whatever)

It's a neat concept... I'm sure I'll play it but dunno about sticking with it

Speaking of which, I called the hotel and if we don't use washable body paint they're going to charge us. No respect for art.
