Ou, peut-etre, c'est impossible! (there is an ^ in there I'm too lazy to look up.)

(the ne (or n') goes in front of the verb, the pas thereafter. C'est is a contraction of ce est due to double=vowel.)
.
Fair point, but outside of a pedantic grammar class at the Sorbonne, all the frogs I know would say "C'est pas possible" or more likely "Impossible"

The "Ne" and "Pas" is now confined to Newsreaders and pedagogues.

Can't speak about the Quebequois, but let's face it, who gives a frog's leg for Canucks?
