I fail to see marriage as necessary for any reasons other than raising a family. Or tax breaks.

My family is a bit of an oddity these days. The parents are still together, some 35-40 years. They got hitched just after college I believe, then had kids.

My girlfriend and I won't have kids - she shouldn't give birth, and we both assume we'd be horrible parents. So, to me, marriage isn't necessary, since I believe in co-habitation. My girlfriend, on the other hand, has to get married before she turns 30, and before her grandfather dies. So, I guess I have at most another 6-7 years before it's a real issue.

Well, there is that, but we'd most likely do the adoption thing.

I got married at 19; fourteen years and two kids later, it just keeps getting better.

hard to feel sorry for him. or anyone really that gets a divorce. no one OWNS anyone. and no one OWES anyone else a perfect life.

and a perfectly healthy decent looking guy with a promissing carreer standing there on camera feeling sorry for himself......in hollywood......reeks of a pr stunt. camera time. exposier.

most people who greive like that want to keep it private, VERY private, not go out of theri way to have an interview in front of the whole country.

you people really need to get a clue. you sheep were OWNED once again, just like the last presidential election and our current war. even bad press is better than no press. adn sympathetic press? PRICELESS.

Why do guys fall for "itsy bitsy purse clutching, cutsey wootsy miniature poodle carrying, **** star wannabees"?

Add the transparent agenda that bitch is toting around, and what good is she other than a man spank session?

    Human nature is disgusting.

I hear Jessica doubled up on the BJs to keep him happy before the wedding.

If that relationship fell thru what hope do any of us really have?

On a side note: I know every guy in here has had a fantasy about Jessica Simpson.

Here's mine - She holds her sister Ashley down while I kick her in the throat. - Thank you Dave Atell.

It's got to be rough to put that much hope into something and have it, at the end, not even be something that you have a say in.

    Indeed it is.
