Agreed that Powell isn't a serious bid for president now if he ever was.

He also would have had a lot of moderate and even democratic votes cast for him had he run prior to the Iraqi war debacle. He pretty much lost that sort of support after making himself part of the case for war in front of the U.N. and his claims of Iraq's threat. Regardless of your feelings on the war itself, his actions made him part of the Bush establishment to the left and his later contrition seperated himself from the graces of the right.

Here is who I'd like to see in the White House. She's always impressed me with her integrity and conviction.
