Why is it that this web site will not reply to my emailsn to address a problem that I have? I have order the Premium Service Upgrade & paid with PayPal but I did not get the service and can not get a reply to my emails

The admins move members with premium services up to the head of the queue. If you would like a quicker answer you'll have to purchase premium services.
If you paid since Sunday, I have been out of town all week and am just getting to the paypal payments, which must be done by hand. It's why we try to encourage people to use the instant sign up form and make it a point to say that paypal signups can take as much as a week to happen.

Yeah going through my e-mail, there are two nasty e-mails from this guy as well as a paypal complaint, despite the fact that it states in BOLD on the payment page that it may take up to a week for the account to get activated via paypal. Sheesh.
