Worked off the holiday/winter chunk. I've gotten ambitious and gotten back to actually working out. Skinnier than I've ever been.

My next goal is harder, quitting coffee. Why? Because I drink to much and it rots my gut.

Somebody help!

I've never been a heavy coffee drinker (but I'm using DSD as my yardstick here), but enjoy a flavored coffee every now and then. I'm more of a green tea person.

Would you be willing to switch to teas or hot chocolate? Instead of filling your mug with coffee, fill it with water. My office makes fun of me because I'll have hot water with a slice of lemon in it.

I've been two weeks without coffee except Sunday morning when I cook breakfast. Been drinking tea as a substitute though its just not the same.

I've still been drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day, even though I'm not working.

So Bod, what are your dimensions? I found my scale in the basement; says I'm up to 128.

I was 128 once. Like back in the 7th or 8th grade.

I actually havent weighed myself.

I do know that I have gone from just barely fitting my jeans to needing a belt or they fall right off me. So I bought some new pants a two sizes smaller in the waist and I still need the belt.

I'm 6'4 so 128 would be eating disorder skinny :p

well congrats on the weight lost and best of luck with the coffee.

Chi Tea is nice, has a little more substance then regular old tea.

I can drink a pot of coffee in 15 minutes when I'm not even trying to drink it fast....only reason I don't drink it constantly all day long is that I'm too lazy to make it most of the time.

Meth. You'll lose even more weight and coffee will be like a bad dream, if only you ever slept.

I think I was that at an even younger age. I'm more then double that now. I am working out again and loosing weight but, being 6'9" I will never be less than 230.

Anyone else like Green Tea? I love the stuff. It's actually low on caffine and helps keep your metabolism up. All around good stuff.

I cant stand green tea, even knowing how good it is for you.

I've lost weight myself, but I have no idea how much. I dont own a scale anymore. But all my pants need belts to hold them up, and I just bought them about 2 months ago. The key to good excersise without excersising is to have a kid. No joke. Especially if it's a boy. You'll be chasing them off of couches, bookshelves, grandfather clocks, and counters. And scrubbing the crayon off the walls. Might I suggest Mr Cleans Magic erasers?

How old are you? Like 20?

At that age, you don't really have to bother keeping track... yet.

I think it has only half the caffine as coffee, but i could be wrong. I hear it fights cancer though.
I like green, but it and black tea make me sick in the morning...maybe its lack of milk. I drink black with a lil sugar, I drink green tea black...are you drinking green tea green when theres nothing in it or are you drinking it black?

Coffee is actually a better anti-oxant even when compared to fruits and veggies. The downside is coffe causes buildup on the inside of your arteries I think.

The site has a lot of good info on green tea. It actually has 1/3 the amount of caffeine that coffee has. It is supposed to help prevent cancer, including colon cancer. It looks good for the heart too. I'm not sure as I didn't read all that much about it but, I think it's a better anti-oxidant than coffee. It's also less of a diuretic, since it has a lot less caffeine.

I drink my green tea green.
