at least it doesn't pretend to be somthing it's not... this is a closet... My old office had a love seat, work benches, bookshelves, and a big screen TV...

go Non-Profit!

Origianlly the were trying to make the wiring closet be my server closet as well... all 10 servers.. rack and all.. Smiley: rolleyes.. Finally I convinced them to let me take over a records room to put the servers and ALL of my other boxes of junk.... unfortuantly, the only cooling system in that room is 3 occilating fans and a few lifted up ceiling tiles Smiley: oyvey.

12x12 for my area, but it's a part of a 12x40ish room with three desks in it (plus drafting tables, plan files, file cabinets, etc). A whole wall of windows though and the desks are divided off with walls so it's pretty nice and private when I'm actually at my desk.

Cramped little desk next to the kid who can't fit in the shower because he's five times the size of my own mass.

Before I left work to go back to college, I had my own rather large office. However, it was also the copy room and the coffee room, so I was interrupted quite regularly.

I got upgraded to a corner office, about 10 x 15ish. Only Director's, VP's, and the big man himself actually have doors.

Like Nephy, I have a corner 10' x 15' office and 5 windows. Unfortunately, no view to speak of. What makes it nice is my boss is all the way on the other side of the building so I have plenty of warning tl ALT + TAB before he makes it to my office. Smiley: grin

I've taken down the partition walls from my office so we're open plan.

Sacrifices a bit of privacy, but the banter more than makes up for it. Plus I can see if my managers and staff are working or slouching.

(And they can see my monitor - hence I don't post from work.)

But as I'm teh b0ss I get the window that overlooks Tolkien's two towers and the coffee maker is within easy arms reach.

(Her name's Cindi) /pre-empts obvious joke

I don't have an office at the moment. I have a desk in the corner. I had an offer for an office, but it's too far away from everything I need to be involved with. Maybe if it's unoccupied in 6 months and I have beatoff time at work I'll move, but for now it's the desk in the corner.

Yup. 5 windows, but no view. Windows are at the top of the walls for some reason so no view. Lots of sunlight, but no view. Old building in Hanford, so it's not like I'm in a skyscraper like you in Clovis.
