You're talking to the guy who can keep himself busy during class by imagining what my black friends would look like white.

I started doing that a month ago, and it still cracks me up.

Since I have never seen a pic of Totem, I jut have a mental image of what I think he might look like. I am cracking up now, making the mental Totem image white. Smiley: laugh

Ditto. Then again, I've been amused by your avatar for months, so I'm a little easy in that regard.

Heh, me too. How sad is that?

I have to agree with everything DSD said. It's not like lying doesn't happen here on an hourly basis, but somehow it's just not as amusing when the person doing it isn't doing it for entertainment.

I suppose when you post personnal information on a public web site that's the price you pay. I know you all are pretty chummy here, and feel comfortable enough to talk about families and such and that's pretty cool, but being that this is a forum open to, really, anyone - how does Abbay, or anyone really know for sure that everyone else is being straight up.

Heck, ya all thought Totem was a black guy. Smiley: oyvey

My personnal and humble opinion - Kao overstepped his bounds. Who will the inquistion go after next?? Smiley: eek

The real question is who hasn't the inquisition gone after. This one he made public. He's got us all on file, or permanent record as he likes to call it.

How? by using previously publicly posted information and basic logic traps to out a fraud? I think not. She played the emotionally distraught damsel in distress card perfectly and I bought it. "help me kao" "They're picking on my sadness, make it stop"

I don't like being used or made to look the fool. And it will not happen again.

Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines. It's time for some emotionally unstable sockpuppets. This month's challenge has now been established.

Nah, I always pictured Totem to be some wierd cross between Ving Rames and Paul Mooney. He would be sitting there, with his sausage-like fingers, trying to type away some meaningful response and eventually get so angry at the constant typos that he would shatter his keyboard.

I always assumed he would go through two or three keyboards a week.

I make up life-stories for almost all the posters here... as long as they can hold my attention long enough to make up a story.

Simple minds, right?

Yep, It's a free license to prey on the weak.

Bring on the helpless emotionally distraught maidens.

I don't believe it, Kao will just do his homework before he buys in.

Kudos to Kao

Even though he originally had sided with Abbay and was hunting down information to nail my *** to the wall for picking on her.

As a admin he had a serious issue infront of him either a poor girl was being karma camped and reputation ruined by a complete sleaze or she was a complete sleaze herself. Kao looked the information up saw some big loop holes in her story. Got her to trip over her own story and verified to everyone what was going on. Would you rather that he ignore a case like this? Would you rather that he just take things at face value and start banning or berating people? The guy saw something saw that it needed to be addressed and did some serious looking and got to the bottom of it and took appropriate action.

Say what you will about the fact that Kao has never felt the touch of a woman or about his hissy fit with Smasharoo or the time that Patrician put him to shame. This time Kao was in the right and overall while he is a boy scout he is a decent person to have around.

You know you could have plead the 5th there and not linked that Kao. Im sorry to say it but only you thought that you came out on top.

Its also nice to see that you didnt deny the never touching a lady or hissy fit thing though

Scouts honour I guess keeps you painfully truthful.

Well there's that, I was thinking specifically of the 'questioning' part.

Um, That would have been Drac that made you look the fool. Smiley: laugh The posters on this board take good care to give Drac his due - you had no need to get involved.

Don't get me wrong. I have no idea just what your responsiblities are here Kao and I'm kinda impressed that you're such a righteous dude. I've just never seen a forum board moderator get so personally involved with the content. Typically they are unbiased facilitators.

Bugging out now.

Happy Easter all - time to make babies. Smiley: yippee

One of the things I like about these forums is that the admins are able to show themselves as actual real people and not just mindless techie drones Smiley: grin
