Life is too short for anyone to get upset over the small things in life. Respect is a two way street that starts from the top and works it way back up. Speaking out for the people who are willing to help themselves but still need a leg up is more important than tossing a coin to someone who won't help themselves. Power trips are a dangerous thing and can hurt people worse than hitting them with a stick, and reputations are ruined by those that don't know when to back down.
These are lessons that I've learned, some the hard way. Just some **** I thought I would start.
