About as unheard of as tourists wandering the streets of Paris, armed with a French-English dictionary, a Casio Electronic Translator and a hazy recollection of freshmen Intro French. In other words, nothing that hasn't been going on for ages anyway. Hell, you can sit on IRC in #Spain with Bablefish open in another window and get a more dynamic conversation going than you'll get on FFXI if you're thirsting for some multilingual conversation from your bedroom.
