I think the american government could observe this as well, but it is too late now. At the very least, they have to clean up the mess they have created.

I don't think it is that hard to be a hero.

I think you just proved the point for us that you're using the "term" in a trivial manner.

It is way too easy to take things out of context on these boards, there is a ton of other concepts to my standpoint, which if you read the thread again maybe you will pick up on.

Most of the heros that are interviewed will always say, "No, I am not a hero, I just did what I thought was right." He will tell you that it was not hard to become a hero, circumstances had more to do with it than his efforts. Success also generally plays into to these heros... You know what, I am not going to rewrite my entire position again for you. My position is clearly outlined in the last 20 posts. Have a read, then come back a refute my entire arguement, not a one liner taken out of context.

Yanari, you are pretty good at taking pot shots at the justification of my interpretation of the word hero. However, you have failed to put forth any arguement at all to give your standpoint an ounce of credibility. Or is this a "what he said" sort of a thing. Smash, Totem and I have agreed to disagree. I even think I made them think a little, I know they made me think about things to a deeper level, which is the point to these debates. If you already know everything, and have everything figured out, then why talk at all? To show everyone how smart you are? If you want a world with less heros, thats fine. I would prefer to see that all people, that live for others, and contribute to society for the right reasons, be looked up to and revered.

That guys a hero, maybe I can be too.
