Nope, they work for you because you have access to the server you are hosting them on. So, unless you let us all log on as you, you might have to find another way to show them.
Perhaps you have an empty slot under your "my files" that Allakhazam offers you for avatars. That is where I hosted my picture. If it's not too big, you can host it there, if it's too big, open it and save it as a jpg, then load it in your files.
