Taco may have failed at making Moe look inferior compared to Katie, but I feel that after this thread, Empyre is the new Katie.

Yes, that's right, I've actually had better comebacks from Katie, not only that, but she eventually learned to ignore me instead of trying for a comeback AKA adding gasoline to the bonfire.

I'd like to pass motion to make Empyre the new forum Idiot, all in favor say I.

We'll hold off on changing the forum insult, unless he continues to be a Katie-ing moron.

you have still failed to show any kind of substance to your arguements. and even when asked to provide data you said was somewhere, you conveniently ignored it. if anyone is the forum idiot skeeter, you would have to take it. Take a look at your recent thread if you need any proof. L A M E.

your posts can only illicite one response..and that is:

**YAWN**

at least twizted finally admitted he just wants to be the one with the last word in. you keep humiliating yourself.

Ahhhh, those bygone halcyon days of yore. Days spent blissfully posting nutritiously empty but deliciously satisfying Last messages.

/sighs again, pining for those Golden Days

I'm up for a joint writing excercise, but I think we'll need someone's journal to use. Y'all pick a general plotline and let's see what transpires.

You choose.

I'm open to anything from a bodice ripper ("he gazed with smolderingly lustful eyes at her flushed and heaving bosom...") to something macabre ("as the knife flashed in the dim light of the basement, Timmy D.'s final thought was of his soon-to-be grieving mother worrying at her kitchen table in Boston about the unusual lateness of her son's appearance for dinner...").

I am willing to attempt a story in an area I haven't tried before, be that a mystery or a satire. We can even go to that old standby, fantasy.

Are you ever going to come up with something other than "I know you are, but what am I?" ???

Sorry, dumb question, ofcourse not.

you know...that comeback was funny the first 30 or so other times I heard it..and that was before I started using it ages ago. (I'll admit I used it a little too long myself..your still a day late and a dollar short). played out and already overused..try again.

Empyre, it is very hard to find factual evidence since our arguements are opinions. That doesn't change the fact that you have been very immature and annoying all through this thread. If you want proof, read the last few pages. I think that anybody with a relitively normal IQ could see that you are being thrashed in this thread.

Maybe you should just admit defeat here and await for another battle to come your way. But this time, choose your ground better; making racist comments on a thread that celebrates the independence of women can only induce the wrath of respectful people everywhere. Insulting one of the most respected members of the forum will also bring trouble your way. You brought this beating upon yourself, so just put your tail between your legs and go hide somewhere.

Come back when you've developed some maturity and not before.

EDIT: for the record:

It's a slow, slugish day. Time seems as if standing still. There is a quiet sound as the man casts his line into the water. <kerplunk> It dives under the surface, slowly coming to rest after bobbing for some time. Suddenly, it is pulled sharply under the surface!

Hook, line and sinker.

Edit: Working on my writing skills, Totem -=)

Heheh.

Written like a pro!

Insects droned in the heavy, still air, while small expanding ripples appeared where the fish came to the surface to feed. Twisted's line slowly gained tension as the bobber floated lazily downstream in the relaxing current. His eyes closed in contentment as he enjoyed the quiet moment, knowing from previous experience that this, his favorite fishing locale, would soon produce an exciting afternoon of nibbles, strikes, and reels singing as the monofilament races out from the spool as the drag plays the fish.

That thought quickens his pulse, even as the tip of his rod twitches in a sympathetic ballet to the bobber dipping below the surface. He know that his prey,
Carpus Empyrus Gigantis swims these waters searching for food. It won't be long now.

The large fish sniffs the bait suspiciously, swims away as if to ignore the delicacy placed on the tiny hook, and rolls his eye back keeping the worm in sight. In a flash he returns, flicks his tail, opens his mouth, and swallows the writhing earthworm!

Up on the riverbank, Twisted sees the end of his fishing rod lunge downward as the mighty carp sets the hook. The game is on!"

Ahh, so this whole time, all you had to do was write in italics to be a good writer, that, along with my comma skills I learned from Totem, should help me in my quest to become a great writer.

More and more I'm starting to see what Katie was talking about;
Not being a part of a circle jerk sure makes them annoying.

I should start CJA, Circle Jerk-less Anonymous.

Don't hate, Skeeter. It's unflattering. Just sit down, shut up, grab Totem's rod and start the manual manipulation, baby.

Sorry Moe, Hate is embedded deep in my blood.

I come from a long line of Haters.

My sister would hate on all the girls in her voice class that got into applied voice lessons and had solo's, my Mother hated on all of the people that received jobs over her because she lacked the proper degree, my Father hated on bowlers who had an average of 250 or higher, I mean come on, 90 percent of my family are Mormon, which is really secretly called the Co-ed Professional Haters Organization.

why do I suddenly get the feeling (even moreso) that I wasted many minutes of my life posting in this thread?

I want my minutes back.

Probably for the same reason I get the feeling you have wasted many minutes of your life posting on many threads.

I want you to have your minutes back, too. It might have saved me from being subjected to you.
