Antonio Banderas was born in Spain not Mexico. Thus he is Spainard, not Mexican. However, either place speaks Spanish. So you could call him Latin or Spanish and still be correct.
Leave it to a mod to try and provide meaningful information instead of our usual degenerations. ;)
