Okay 400 posts...who's counting?

But now that I have your attention...let me tell you what happened to me last week. I saw this pregnant girl I work with, hadn't see her for a while and she was looking very fat and frazzled.

Me: Hi! Haven't seen you forever...when you are you going to have that big baby?

Her: Had it a month and half ago.

Me: <nervous laugh>

No wonder I'm so popular at work. Smiley: grin

Was sitting at work the other day, and a girl I know who's having problems with her husband (on again, off again crap) said, "Guess what, I'm pregnant!"

I looked at her, her belly was definitely swollen.

"Congratulations ! I guess things are working out then ? How far along are you ?"

"Three months."

"That's going to be a big baby." (I was thinking 4 or 5 months)

A few hours later, I hear her in the office ******** to the manager. "Can you believe that she REALLY thought I was pregnant?"

I felt rather silly, but then again I wasn't the one trying to convince people that my weight problem was due to pregnancy.

I have this chick at my work that is currently pregnant and is one of those people making it everyone's business. If I come in and she's in, biotch wants me to run to Starbucks to get her a latte. If it's cold she wants to know if I'll go pick up lunch if she calls it in. If I'm sick but decide to knock out some work anyways, since I'm up here in the tower alone, she yells at me over the speakerphone until I'm forced to make Skeet come and get me because I'm too dizzy to drive. She is waaay overweight, three months along and huge, and refuses to take walks or quit indulging every freaking craving even though she's at risk for gestational diabetes. When she came down with a headcold that got her out of here for three days I was so happy I almost cried.

What do people expect? So you got knocked up and are having a baby. Bully you.

Notice no men have posted here about accidentally calling a fat woman pregnant.

We've learned to stay away from making comments on the weight of any woman.

Except for that chick Flea is talking about. She really is fat.
I've seen her, she could probably eat me, and quite frankly, she scares me.

Of course, now she's fat because of the baby. Yes, the baby needs a whole pizza, and a latte.

Just throw her a chicken bone or something next time. That should keep her busy for a while.

At one point this morning there were over 700 people on at once. And that was just with FFXI alone down for patch. I really really really hope those other three servers get here soon.If eq, FFXI and SWG ever all go down at once the concequinces could be very dire indeed.
