Two Bacardi and Cokes for $6 is a good deal?!?

Sure is in DC. I would pay that much for one Bacardi and Coke at any decent club here.

Oh, come now. I was just trying to solidify my newfound opinion that not all men are pigs.

Don't tell me I'm wrong ?

It isn't about all men being pigs, it is about how you can recognise which is which. I'm betting that your average male pig, having discovered the fact that women are more likely to remove their knickers after roses and a few cheap words, is highly likely to use such ruses at every opportunity.

Also as a side note, I know a girl who gets treated like **** by every man she meets. She also has come to the conclusion that all men are pigs. I also know another girl who gets treated like a princess by every man she meets. These two girls socialise in the exact same circles and come across the exact same men. Both girls are above average in attractiveness.

Sometimes, when bad things keep happening, the true common denominator can be uncomfortable.

no honey your not wrong im not a pig.....

i didnt give her the rose because i didnt want to just string her along and have her string me along until i was ready to give her the altimatium(sp?). so of course the funny plot twist is: she put in her 2 weeks notice because business at the bar is ****** and she isnt making enough money to cover her few bills.

so guess i should go buy some miracle grow. grow a set of balls within a week and make a move.

Try this, tell this hot bartender chicky, that you have put in the time to your "relationship", you have been good to her, etc. blah, blah, blah. Tell her you want an answer from her now! Is she going to stay with Goldfish Boy or does she want a real man! Give her a day. Demand a answer. If she leaves little Nemo fine, if not, at least you will not be wasting your time.

P.S. Besides if she really cared you would be drinking for free.

Johnny Walker Blue, Grey Goose, Chivas Regal-- any of these could be yours if you saved the money you spent at the bars picking up syphillitic women and buying overpriced booze. At least you'd have the satisfaction of owning a decent bottle of hooch.

$6 a glass? Tell, ya what, you come by my place, I'll sell you a $5 glass of Bacardi and Coke with some complimentary peanuts. Three drink minimum, I will be the entertainment. This way you save money, I get money, we both have a few laughs, everybody goes home happier.

Wow. $6! Ouch. Drink beer or something.

yes, indeed!
ok, you've put in some time and effort on this girl. she should know by now you care about her. that's she's not just a one nite stand. (not that there is anything wrong with that if that's what both people want).

now, before you invest any more time/emotion force her to make a decision.

otherwise, you'll be acting like a sap. and you deserve better.

good luck!

Patrician, I'd have to whole heartedly agree with the "common factor" thing. People are responsible for drawing to them, and accepting or rejecting, people and their behaviors.

As for this morsel of advice:

***** that. If she's interested, she'll find you. Putting an ultimatim on her is a surefire way to say either "Are you f*cking nuts" or a great way for her to ease that old "friend" line in.

Backing someone into a corner in such a way pretty much guarantees a gut reaction, and usually a harsh one at that.
