In case you weren't aware, KFC is against women. After all, they do make a lot of their money selling breasts.

Summary:Spoiler KFC made it onto the Anti-GG's twitter block list somehow. Nope, I don't know how.

And there are thousands of others just like me.

TB talks about the IGDA support of the blocklist. Turns out one of their own people made it onto the list. Lulz.

Considering I have every single Marvel Universe A-Z comics, I should have picked this up... Very cool share, thanks.

There's a cynical part of me that thinks it's just marketing, but this still got me right in the feels.

Not at all. If people want to stay out of it completely, we're totally cool with that as long as they aren't involved in unethical behavior in games development or games media. But if you want to argue against GG, then saying you're anti-GG is more or less a tautology.

We have plenty of our own enemies without manufacturing more, though many of them have been pretty inept lately.

Edit: I think some people are trying to blame #Gamergate for Ferguson.

With out your contrived enemies you wouldn't have squat. Through malice, ridicule and social outrage you beat down a group that, if your message is true, you should be aligned with.

You know, your ability to ignore what's already been discussed would drive me crazy if you hadn't been doing a lot of obvious trolling earlier. So here's an old TB thing.

I guess I'm still not seeing where "journalism" enters into any of this.

Would I prefer full disclosure when reading a game review? Sure. If I don't see any statement of affiliation or lack thereof, I'm going to assume that the review is a puff piece. If I can't find another review of the same game, that just reinforces that impression.

The entire concept of "journalism" has changed drastically in the Internet age. When the New York Times can't keep its reporters on the leash, how much control does a web site really have? (Assuming the web site isn't the sponsor of the game being reviewed, of course.)
