My heart goes out to all the victims of the Hurricaine.
I have spent many hours watching, instead of sleeping or playing the game, the updates and programs.
I hope that the accusations about the treatment of blacks is not true and that we did not rescue the rich and white first.
I hope that the 5 black boys that were shot and killed, were not innocent victims of fear, but rather hardened criminals. Nothing less would justify their deaths.
I hope that those people that were told to leave the convention center and go elsewhere, found someplace that took care of them.
And I pray for the two infants that starved to death there, while waiting. And the old people that died in their wheelchairs waiting for help.
And to the 10/20 victims in the care center who passed away. I hope they had a prayer and not a curse on their lips when they died.
To the children and women that were raped, I hope they don't lose faith in all mankind, but understand that this storm brought out the best and worst in people.
To the caregivers and rescuers, I hope that you can sleep at night after what you've witnesseed. I pray you have loved one's to go home to and cherish.
To the man they interviewed who suddenly broke down because he saw dead bodies floating by, I hope that you can find solice that these souls moved on, long before their bodies reached the spot where you viewed them. And yes, it was horific.
To the city government: Please make a policy whereby all salable goods become city property and can be distributed for free to neighborhoods, so that people don't have to feel guilty that they stole diapers and water so that their young one's may live.
So that they don't get desperate enough to steal guns to protect themselves. So that they don't have to steal cars and gas.
To the looters who stole tv's and computers: wtf where you thinking? You can't eat or drink those things and there is no **** electricity anywhere. Morons. You made it look bad for everyone.
To the 4 year old boy found wondering around who told rescuers that "my momma is dead. someone pushed her in the water." I hope you find a good home and can somehow reconcile that memory with more happier one's.
To Red Cross: wtf were you thinking when you turned people away at the dome in Texas because they didn't have a 'reservation'? Idiots! Or the buss load of people who showed up recently rescued from their homes, because they too weren't part of the official convoy? Morons! Heartless, thoughtless, stupid people. You infuriated me at 5am in the morning when I couldn't call you and **** directly. You'll never get another cent from me.
To Pres. Bush: sorry to disturb your vacation, but your people need you. Now get your **** back in gear and do something besides touting guns soilders.

Do you have the patience to wait till your mud settles and the water is clear?
Can you remain unmoving till the right action arises by itself?
