Mostly all of my friends I met on Remora have left and the economy is not as good as it used to be. The other day at my friends birthday one of his friends there told me I should come to Cerberus because he can help me and his linkshell is good. So would it be worth it to come to this server and pay the money to transfer? My main concern is are people on this server helpful for missions because on Remora help has seem to gone down.
honestly on cerberus if you don't have good and trustful friend you might get problems getting your help, unless you lucky and alot of people needs it

I think that would be true for a lot of servers. A lot of people that change servers are joining with specific people/groups usually.
I do think you will find more people play against written/unwritten rules a little more in Cerberus in end game.

well surely on other servers but atm in bismark, you got like 20 people shouting for assaults and mission, i even went on a competent Storm or fate mission was like wtf
