Briefly... as Ama's link shows you... when you are leveling your VERY FIRST job in game, you have what are called "Limit Breaks" from 50 to 70 (every 5 levels). Fun Fun! Ama linked you to the first "Limit Break" quest. Once you do the quest you never have to do it again for other jobs when they hit 50, 55, 60, etc... Just that very first job!
