Looking for LS ^.^;Follow

Hiya, I have recently come back to FFXI after a 4 month break. Sadly, my old LS must have broke up while I was away. So here I am looking for an LS that does group activities, likes to help and needs someone who is willing to help. I'm on pacific standard time.
