ok normally i can stand the connection errors on this game but SE has gone too far this time yesterday was understandable but today there is no excuse everytime i try to log on to cerberus server i get to the downloading data screen and then it never connects and pops up an error i have never seen before i get a FFXI-3001 error if anyone can tell me some answer of how to fix this please help me
Try call techincal support first about that... May be it is related to recent DDOS... or an internet problem you have personally... Hard to tell without having someone check it for you.

looking at the timing of the post wasn't it during maintenance?
well so far i have found out its my router i think the DDoSer are starting to attack people directly
