I have recently aquired enough seals to do the Operation Desert Swarm KSNM, and I am seeking 3 Black Mages 73+ With Thundaga III. For those who aren't familiar with the BLM operation Desert Swarm Battle, The Mages Run in and buff up to full(Blink, Etc.), then all cast Ele Seal -> SleepgaII Then All Do Thundaga III, then quickly Sleepga II and then Thundaga III Again which should give us the win.
Also for those who don't know this KSNM drops the Infamous Venemous Claw, Which I am after. I am requesting these BLM's help so I can obtain the claw to have a friend of mine synth me a harness. You will of course be able to keep everything that drops BUT The Claw, and I will pay for all Food,medicines, Transportation, Etc.
I would prefer to do this this weekend. So Who's In? ^^

I'm not on here that often so wouldnt' know ^^ and thanks for the Gl :).
Here is a more detailed guide:
1. Cast Protect, Shell, Stoneskin, Blink (and Reraise)
2. Orb trader enters the BC (Blm's follow) - Orb trader should not attempt to fight or engage any of the scorps
3. All the Blm run up to the edge of the circle
4. 1 Blm gives a time from the game clock
5. All Blm's cast Thundaga 3
6. All Blm's cast Sleepga 2
7. Cure or recast Stoneskin as needed
8. 1 Blm gives a time from the game clock
9. All Blm's cast Blizzaga 3
10. Finish off any remaining scorps - they should all be dead.
11. All Blm's run back out of the BC using the Run Away option
12. Orb trader opens the chest
13. Go to step 1

ill help, assuming I dont have to use my own seals since I dont get the claw. Ive done the BC about 15 times, so Im pretty expirienced in it. Ive done blm pt and normal pt. Game name is Munkey. I have school wed and friday, but set a time for another day and ill help.

Something else to keep in mind… All BLMs should sub WHM and not RDM. RDM has a FastCast trait, which means their nukes will land before the other BLMs. Timing is everything. If everyone subs WHM, and casts at the same time, you will rarely even take a hit. If someone subs RDM, or has their timing off, it can be a disaster.
You should go into this KSNM hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. I’ve done this about 20 times so far, and have only ever seen one V Claw drop. I’ve also done the majority of my runs during a Full Moon, which is said to increase drop-rates.
In your post you said that if the claw drops it’s yours, but we can keep the other drops. So even if the claw doesn’t drop, do we still get to keep everything else? Are the rest of the items going to be lotted, or are you (the orb holder) going to sell all of the items, then distribute the gil evenly to the other players involved? Typically the orb holder, or the person that organizes the event sells all of the higher-priced drops, then distributes the gil to the people involved.

Cool. I'll /tell you on sat around 3:00 EST. And to be fair to the mages I guess I'll be splitting it evenly amongst you mages. That way everyone gets the same ammnt. And noone is left with more/less.

i can understand some blms getting together to do this, but a non-blm looking for them is just sad. stop being lazy, desert swarm is easy. i've duo'd this ksnm before.

I've done this before with a slightly different set up, but if I am on an you need me give me a /tell.
You can skip the first Sleepga II from your strat as the Mobs wont move until you cast on them anyways (unless you for some reason get too close to them), We did this as 3 73+ BLM and a BRD, we had a RDM there for emergency cure+refresh also. Thungada III> Horde Lullaby > Thundaga III > Horde Lullaby > Blizzaga III and we were done.
