Oh and seeing of those people pics, especially being people I've played with/talked with in game, has changed the way I treat them.

Why? They're still the same person. Don't get me wrong, I flirt with Callista more now (LoL) but still, everyone is still the same person to me.

People could be absolutely stunning to look at, but when you speak to them they are a complete *****/*******.
Or there could be somebody thats not as good looking, but has an incredible personality, and is extremely likeable!
Seeing some of my friends on the site hasn't changed the way I treated them, people should be noted for their skills in FF, not for who's in front of the screen.
To me... Personality > anything... But sometimes good to know how players look like... and yes we have so quite charming females and handsome males on that gallery.... (at least that is what I think). I look like such a geek -_-

Never saw a picture of Calli until recently. All she said was "Help me Dahlgren of the Praetorians, You're my only hope." and I was putty in her hands. I think she ended up with Tonko that night if I remember correctly.
- and by "Only Hope" I think she meant directions to the ??? for the Tonko: Ichi quest. I haven't left her alone since.
- and as I said on another post. How can someone trust anybody that uses glamour shots, lol. Those things are just sketchy.

Yes that makes a lot more sense Elathia. Thank you for clarifying. :-D I can agree with that because it makes them more "real" and more like a friend vs. someone you just play a game with.
I agree some people go a little far with their pics, but that shows their personality. I, unfortunately, only had a pic from a photo shoot about 4 years ago so I'm just waiting to get an updated pic. >.> I had to cut the other 3 guys out and enlarge it. LoL. I'll have a more lax pic up when I get one. :-/

I was wandering around aimlessly, and you said "Hey, you look a bit lost, wandering around aimlessly, need help with something?" or something to that effect ^^;
My picture is never being put up there... for 1 simple reason... being treated differently. I've heard people talk about other pictures on there, and, I know personally, I don't want to be treated differently, and I sure as h*** don't want to hear about so-and-so saying something hurtful about the picture.

I find it amusing that no one has pointed out that just because someone posts a pic of "them" doesnt mean it is. You could steal a picture literally from anywhere on the net and pass it off as yourself...just FYI.
