Hi i just create a character on cerberus and I want to know if there'S any LS that want to welcome me.
Now im a Monk with no sub job, but i plan to Become a Future Paladin.

Wow that's harsh. Don't change your name. True that the first thing I thought of was HolyKnightCecil but so what. There are a ton of people with similar names on the server.

I wouldn't go as far to say it's harsh, but seeing as he looks to be only lvl6 it might be a smart move on his part because his name is simular to Holyknightcecil as well as his Job of choice being PLD, this might cause for some confusion on other players parts.
I know some people who have simular names who catch crap from other players because that person did something in their party, it'll be somewhat troublesome when you get random /slaps or /tells or maybe even someone calling you a Gilseller because someone with a simular name did something to dirty the name.
I guess I might have came off as abrasive, but I meant it in the best interest of Holycecil here.

Thanks for the clarification. It was brought forth as negative or "abrasive". I just didn't want a newcomer to start off with a bad taste in their mouth about us Alla folks. ;-)
Welcome to cerberus. Don't worry about heat with names. If the above mentioned named have'nt established a reputation high enough to where others can easily distingish them from one an another then..it can't be helped. However, everyone likes Cecil from that FF game, I can't remember what number..I think FFII? Might as well join the fan club. 
Since the question you asked hasn't been answered. . . if DN was still alive, I could get you in it. Utropia is too small. And my others, I dont know if they take new players(and no sack to either). It shouldn't take you long to find one though. There are many LS's out there that want to grow, and when people see you with no pearl next to your name, they might ask you join thiers.

Holyknightcecil just returned to playing so there are people who may confuse them. DK will be playing more soon. He's still enjoying life outside of ffxi while the weather is nice.
So no you don't have to change your name, but realize that people who play this game are stupid and will either confuse you or call you a rip off.

I always wanted to start a LS for all the Legolass's, Sephiroths, Gimlee's (in WoW at least).

And be a PLD if u want to, and if people tell u to change name's or job choices, tell them 2 pay for ur account, then maybe u will be what THEY want u to be, be who/what U want 2 b!
