I figured I'd go ahead and make a seperate thread for this in hopes that someone is hunting her. LoL
Anyways, I have all my pop items for Bomb Queen as I'm wanting to try to get my Avengers (Rare/EX H2H weapon). I am hoping to find a group that is going to get Bomb Queen Rings that I can tag along with.
I have a few people that I could probably get to go with us that are 65+ but it obviously requires a pretty large group. So if anyone is planning a run soon and can fit in a 68MNK with a core and 3 ashes, please let me know.

Just organize an alliance of 65-70 consisting of 2 tanks, couple Whm, couple Rdm, few Blm, and the rest DD, and you'll have an easy win.
I think it is good idea to bring at least 3-4 Black Mages to this just to stun and nuke the pops. I think an alliance of 65-70 may be too tough, better have at least 1 full PT of 70+ to make it easier.

You really think a full pt of 70+ can do it? I could get that together pretty easily. LoL
I know the horrible drop rate on those Avengers though so the more people that are going to trade for an attempt at a bomb ring or something like that, the better my chances are.

If you do make an alliance for it and need a tank or DD you can send me a /tell.
You will definitly need stunners! The bomb queen really blows :P

You can't stun BQ or the prince/princesses from exploding.
You need a strong DD allinace to kill the pets before they explode.

Well everything I read just said to save your TP and WS the spawns and just use standard attacks on the queen.
You really need a full allaince there.
There is a volcanic gas bomb that spawns in the area your fighting in, also the self destructs of the bomb prince/princeses
can't be stunned.
The best way to do it is not to use any weapon skills on bomb queen herself. just build TP fighting it. once you see it start
making the effect to summon a prince/princess, start hitting your switch target command. this will target the prince/princess.
These "bomb babies" are relitvely weak, but have a strong self destruct. You will want to use any TP you have on these "babies"
then switch right back to hitting BQ. only the tanks should stay focused on BQ. make sure everyone else is spamming
"switch target" during the fight. may want you DD's to come /sam
to make sure you have a few weapon skills ready for the summons

You will need a group to contain the pops by killing them fast. A few Bards and White Mages for Barfira and Fire Carol is good too. If you need to gather people for that, I can ask if any KosenTekiOrder wants/helps the ring.
One thing, Avenger is not 100% drop, but the ring is. Ring itself is pretty good.

Yeah the avengers are like a 10-25% drop. :-/
If anyone is going to do this, please let me know. I'm aware that an alliance is really the only safe way to go. I can probably assemble at least a pt of BladeSingers but most of them won't need anything from it and most likely won't have pop items.
