Hows the server?Follow

Ok I am just starting over because I hated how my toon looked. I was on Levaithan and got my rdm to lvl 4. Long story short my WP expired, so I am now on Cerberus. I have made a WHM and I would just like to know a little more about the server. How are prices for mage spells? Is inflation really bad? I am an elvaan whm (want to be a summoner, need more mp), so how much do astral rings go for? Anything else that would help me out would be appreciated.
