Yesh, I have to agree. I don't really blame alot of japanese parties for disliking some NA players. I remember one time I was invited as a WHM to a party too lol. I had just finished another party of mine and it was 1am my time. I checked and there were several JP WHMs looking, but he told me they had all turned him down. So, out of kindness I joined and hoped I could find a WHM to replace me possibly. The first japanese WHM I asked, I asked with: {[Hello!]} =) {[Party]} {Do you need it?}] And he/she responded with {[Yes, please.]}. So I got them a WHM who could play for a long time, but the leader seemed alittle angry that I could get him one and he yet they all rejected him. It is probably manners. You can show these manners in the Auto-Translate way too. Using "Hello!" and "Nice to meet you." Instead of the probably overused "Party"?

The only issue is, you have some JP doing it because of their experiences and preferences which is perfectly fine. I've been the only NA in an all JP party and I felt lost in Translation the majority of the time lol, but you do get those doing it because "all the other JP players are doing it." These fit in the term of "JP ONRY", but there have only been a few that I have been able to see apart from the others. However...I'm only 14. Going on 15 in November, but I have these manners. I don't really take offense to the age comment, because I know a few young players who aren't mature as me, but I feel as though it is just people; not age that influence one's manners. Had to fit that in, lol, constantly arguing for some "kid respect"

I have no idea if its just me.. but you ever somehow get lucky enough to get into an all JP pt.. Then, because you totally rule at your job.. at the end of the pt, they all send you /tells saying

"Thank you for Party! Party Very Happy!"
"Excellent WHM! Thank You!"

So you sit back and stare in amazement that you made an impression on a group that could have been turned off to the very thought of grouping themselves with a NA player, and that the next time you went LFG, theyd see you and instantly invite you..

but then you never see them again..

Maybe its the A.D.D... but i swear, i NEVER see the same JP players on again after i Pt with them... and i remember a bunch of their names too, just like when you make new friends in a NA pt.. someone who had a funny macro or just really impressed you with their job..

and all i have to say about the whole JP vs NA fued.. It hurts my fingers when i have to type out that very extravagant invitation to the JP players

<Hello!> <Experience Points> <Do you need it?> 4/6 <Sea Serpent Grotto>:: <Norg> <Entrance>: <Japanese> <Member> O ^^

then after hurting my fingers, it kills me when they say..

<English> <party>? <No thanks.> <Goodbye>

I think what it is nowadays is that we have conditioned ourselves to be these great players that truly know what their doing, for the most part, and try our best to be one of those "Impressionable Players"..

but then a simple deterent from any JP from ever finding out that quality about you is shut down because an annoying little "E" Lies next to the "J" in lnaguage preference..

even in a world that we all consider perfect..

hmm the only problem I have with JP players.. is many have a lack of what I see as common decency.. maybe they don't see it that way.. but when I send a tell saying Hello Party Do you need it? in auto translator.. the nice thing to do in my eyes is to send a tell back saying No thanks or sumptin along them lines. Most of the time I get no response. It's just frustrating is all. When I get a tell all in japanese characters I respond back..saying im sorry i dont speak japanese.. least its a response.

Yagudo drinks are useless. You're lucky if you even get to chain 2 without a RDM or BRD.

hmm.. i was partying the other nite in sky.. we had nin/war, drk/thf, war/nin, whm/smn me, blm/whm blm/whm. We got chain 5 everytime with no downtime except for the deaths when there were links..>< It is a bit tougher.. but if the mages manage their mp correctly it will go well.

I know Sofa... and he is somewhat "unique." He speaks much better English than typical Japanese players you will run into the game. And Sofa is very nice. <3 Sofa <3

Still a lot of non- or poorly-English skilled Japanese are very nice. It is really hard to communicate when they have no idea how to speak to you. So...

Don't say they do not want to play with you = racism. There are bad elements in both non-JP and JP. And I found some people are quick to blame others when things not working out.
