When you're blocked from the game server, and not able to access the game any more due to breaking rules. THAT is banned.
thanks for the reply, what I was looking at was a bunch of BANNED all across the web site on certain words, they kept on appear and dissappear, I dont know, maybe just a glitch.
Apparently they were tweaking their list of prohibited web links and a lot of thinks are unintentionally being edited as BANNED. They're working on it.
