BLU sea spellsFollow

Hi all. I'm trying to get BLU spells from the palace zones of sea. I was wondering if anyone farms these mobs for anything and wouldn't mind if I tagged along. The three spells I'm looking to get are:

Reactor Cool - Zdei
Actinic Burst - Ghrah
Vertical Cleave - Euvhi
