The player 'Chalin' was recently booted from my Linkshell HandsofFate. On the surface, it was unknown, but apparantly he'd been harrassing the female members of the alliance. Looking up personal information, sending naked pictures, and trying to hook up with them, despite being told no multiple times. It was bad enough that the leadership was confronted by multiple female members about it.

Man, I'll send naked pics of myself upon request to any female in my linkshell. Probably without questioning it.
Good god, I can just imagine someone opening a file thinking it was a nice screenshot of a game location only to be presented with some naked FFXI dude.
