Thank you very much. =P I live in Florida so it wasn't that bad for us this time, but I feel really bad for Nawlins'. Their gettin hit worse than I did with Andrew back in the day. Hope everyone is safe.
I was just in Lake Charles, at the casino's this weekend.... and the winds and storms were at the time pretty scary, way before it was even a threat...
Anyway, I wanna mention meh good friend Kanibus on this thread... He lives in New Orleans... Great guy... And I hope he found someplace safe to hide away...

they are all in my prayers and stuff, some of the pics just look devastating, yeah, and i hope Kanibus is ok too, i remember he won one of my astral ring raffles once..

While I no longer live in the South, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone there. I have a lot of family and friends in the area that's been hit, and I've been glued to CNN for the past 24 hours to get news.

I think I saw on the news that Katrina was losing gusto but I can't be sure. I live in San Antonio, Texas... I'm glad we aren't getting hit. Though we did get some rain today (first time in what... a month? @.@)...

There are a few good blogs out there that are updating with reports on property damage and info around the MS Gulf Coast as much as possible - http://eyesonkatrina.blogspot.com and http://dancingwithkatrina.blogspot.com are good.
Also, the Sun Herald out of Biloxi has a lot of good up to date info -http://www.sunherald.com.
