LOL... that has happened to me several times. When you run like that, your arms stay down by your side too... tis funny lookin for sure. Also, not everybody sees it all the time either. We had a PT/LS argument about it in the Maze of Shakrami... It seems that one of our PT saw another in this sad condition and nobody else, including the player, saw it. So, we stood there for like ten minutes bouncing:

I saw that happen to a Galka in Lower Delfkutts.

This is my favorite glitch. By a million billion miles my favorite.
It only happens after a Raise. It looks most hilarious, especially when the player is running; their knees going up to their chin and their arms straight down. It's almost Chaplinesque.

Hrm, that would make sense since Wildcat was actually just raised before that pic was taken. It looks even funnier when he's running around like that : )
Yes I have seen this happen a few times, including to myself. Usually after a raise. Its the funniest thing ever. The weapon and sub weapon are both stuck on the persons feet.
But also the funniest part was that, the person was running with arms stuck to their side, looking incredibly ridiculous. People who have seen this, know how funny it looks.
