Recently got invited to a group for M5-1 fight with the Archlich in Fei Yin by Stephie and Silversnow. I had been trying to get this done for a long while, and I have to thank them for letting me join up.

I think there's no way he's done the scam, the way I know the guy and we've ben on same LS almost since he found the LS ( he's our leader). Are you ABSOLUTELY sure that he was doing the scam? Please do not denigrate him if you're not 100% sure of this.

You must really read the message before posting, Fielly. I don't like being dragged into these kinds of things or equally defending anyones actions other than situations where I was somehow directly involved in whatever act was in question. I think Cougar brings it up best when he says you continue to fail to ID yourself and merely my post was not defending any actions or denying any actions but rather my two cents on the logic that you used in your post. I don't like these little squabbles and quite frankly I have learned to only do garrison or other such events with people I trust. I believe that everyone has their bad days or makes their mistakes and perhaps one can choose to judge them on this one sole action. Basically, the point of my entire post before was more to answer to the logic of your post rather than defend/refute/whatever else you can interrupt it as.

Fielly basically in your response what you have done is something that is often used in arguments. Instead of responding to my challenge of logic you have merely diverted the subject to a personal attack. I would like, at the very least, a "reputable" response to what you think of my logic instead of a personal attack. In my eyes, one who goes for the personal attack admits defeat in the argument as they do not post logically, intelligent answers and starts a "words" war with the other poster. You can easily prove me wrong by posting a response to my logic. Again, as I have said, I do not like discussing scams and other such nonsense as I am one not to get involved in it unless I am directly involved in the situation.

Personally, all these "scam topics", are like the tabloids to me. Filled with garbage or something I don't care about. I don't believe anyone deserves to be dug into the ground and hated by all because of select people either, A. Making up a story or B. Because someone made the wrong choice. Blame it on socialist Canada but I believe we have all made mistakes and we all deserve to be judged not on one action but judged after much interaction and person to person experience (ie partying) A good example might be a situation where I'm having a bad day and I say "Damn it all" and I, in the heat of the moment, do something irrational. Does that mean I am a bad person? No, I just made a single mistake and would, hopefully, regret sometime later if not immediately after the action. However, one who does this same action multiple times without regret truly does deserve some sort of backlash.

I know I have and if I had the chance I would apoligize and offer to make it up to the people I hurt. But, by the logic in your response post you are suggesting that a person who makes a SINGLE bad choice should be castrated. As the auto-translate function might say [No, thanks].

All I am saying is that I am sick of hearing how great a particular player is when I know the truth. What happens to other people who who read this and think this guy is honest.

If I have a lapse in judgement, (though I would never steal from other players) I would make sure I at least apologized for my behavior rather than continuing to do it and having my friends cover for me.

How would you like to hear that the guy who killed your party on purpose just for fun, or stole your account was this great person? Are you being responsible if you let him do it again to others? No.

Just wanted to point out, Ush, that you are being just as manipulative in your wording as Zia is, if not even more so. The fact is (and this is starting to become a familiar scenario), both parties involved are picking and choosing the accusations they respond to at this point, rather than trying to settle the actual issue at hand. So you should all just quite while you're ahead unless you have a real argument to present.

Of course i didnt deny it ... i know what i did was horrible.... but accusing Ush of things when yu dont even know him is not acceptable... attacking ppl i know is cowardly Zia. Call me what yu want i was still quite the n00b at the time and made one of the biggest sins in FFXI.... i'm sorry for what i did and havent done it since and will never do it again.

Manchild - Galka pld...Gotta love 'em. Really cool guy, fun to party with. He's been a linkshell buddy of mine for a while, every now and then we'll go on a wacky AF adventure or something. Dude, you gotta catch up with me so we can party again, as Galka pld and Taru drk.

Alqua - Very nice WHM. Doesn't mind going back into a place after escaping from a bad pull to give you a raise. If you see her lfp, grab her as soon as you can!

Fluffy - Another fun WHM. Even though she always wants to play taru football...

Happypants - I'm noticing a WHM trend...Very funny guy.

Zanzibar - recently recruited into my new linkshell; very spirited and will never forget that this is a game, not a job.

Crunchymunchy - Talented RDM, always has good advice.

Nyran - one of my best friends in-game, known her since I was a lowly lvl 7 rdm. Even though I blew her away in levels and we couldn't party anymore, we still remained friends. You're awesome; get your ass back online! LoL


And I gotta give a shoutout to my old linkshell, RedRocket. Great people; I would've quit the game a long time ago if I didn't find them after Taruworldorder split. Thanks guys!

Pergatory - I was in a coffer key pty for Ohshoet in Devoi yesterday and Pergatory was MOST HELPFUL! THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH!

Maryllyn was awesome and let me have Stinging Sophie after just missing her (was running down the mountain path that goes from third floor to second floor when she was claimed). I still didn't get the drop, but I have to give Maryllyn my thanks for giving me another shot at it.

Couga is pretty cool too.

Melodies, Yuilee, Towani - all three of them are some of the nicest people I've met on Asura and are excellent in parties.

Overall, I haven't really met anyone that bad. Maybe a little misinformed, yes, but not bad. Hope that doesn't change.

Aegisofdoom - lv 75 SAM, single smartest, most knowledgeable, and just all around cool player I've encountered on Asura. He's helped me with more things than I can list, and I wish dearly there were a way I could repay him before he migrates with the rest of HiddenPower.

Sephmog - Also leaving, unfortunately. Also, the best PLD I've ever met, bar none. Cool kid, I wish him the best wherever he ends up.

Demonlord - Kind of a prick, but an amazing THF, and a really cool guy. Of course, I'm kind of a prick too, so we get along fine. We've gone through pretty much everything together, don't think I could keep playing FFXI if he quit.

pooka, kkb, halaryel for providing the great first linkshell i was part of - i got rank 4, and then several members did rank 5 the following night (without them around); plus other stuff too numerous to list

dalvaris for putting up with me for trying to camp rampaging ram, then a few levels later when i stole aggro with sneak attack+sturmwind on steely while he was trying to blink tank that ram

studog for helping me kill that rampaging ram (got killed b/c sturmwind vs rams = massive hate) during that purple belt quest; lumbering lambert was a pain in the butt to camp though b/c bloodtear decided to pop not once but twice on nights i even bothered to camp that bugger. he also helped me finish that one quest in selbina and for pld af1 (i quit that job a few levels later because i was just getting tired of it)

danos for helping me get that damn skull at lvl 20 in gusgen; then several months later while i was leveling pld and he was leveling blm in batallia doing a manafront warp to change to whm to raise me and the pt whm after an impaler came to camp really meaning business

renfro for porting me while i tried doing rse (i soloed just about all the rse except for the one gusgen key at lvl 45); the idea of dragging you for the botched first attempt at dark spark wasn't mine though; and i ended up just meat tanking about 95% of those dark stalkers for you in return; then i was leveling ninja at the furrier camp and one of those furriers showed up decided to put up a fight and killed me and whm in the process before it goes down and one minute i was telling him in /t how nasty that gobbie was and next minute he was there raising both of us.

xugpy for running to my aid just outside of norg when i found out the hard way to beware of singing fishes (if you thought that the fish you saw on tv signing couple tunes was bad; a saghain with a bard job will make you change your mind real quick); and shortly before that run-in with a really nasty furrier at the furrier camp (see above), there was another furrier that blew up the moment he reached camp and killed whm (even with barfira) - some of those gob bombs furriers will put down can be so insane that it isn't funny barfira or no; he was on his way to the grotto and next thing he was off chocobo and raising the whm

teep, eunjin, chozander, casper, wheeze, gonix, wyldfyre, and just about everyone else that i forget (damn i can't remember names) that helped me with af, certain quests, and the such

That was Morgiana, the luverly scottish THF from my static, him and Sorran were farming in Beaucedine after our XP sesh, while I was getting lost in the Jungle looking for opo-opo brew.. and lol, after he had taken you to the crag he thought he'd try out one of the towers in Beaucedine as he had noticed the iron gates were now targetable. So he ended up in Pso'Xja (spelling?), ran around for a bit telling us about the things he saw in the party chat and next thing I notice is /p jesus f###ing christ! on the chat window and he's in Port Jeuno... <Perfect dodge> and a warp scroll saved him from something IT in there, the new expansion pack areas are going to be so much fun. =D Seems quite normal for stuff to go from too weak to incredibly tough in a blink of an eye?
