The question is How do this work...

Thhere is a NPC in lower jeuno in the magic shop who delete artifact quest like i have been told..
But He wont give me -_-

So the question is: Do i need Very high fame or Full artifact to do it?

cuz i got high fame in jeuno and it still dont give me -_-

please help me out

You have to toss all your AF items.
