Premium account or lack thereofFollow

Recently, I went to check for a Ethernet recipe. Several items showed they needed premium accounts to display recipe. I thought my premium account had expired. I emailed Zam asking you guys to renew my premium account. I received your email back stating that I was still a premium account customer. So please fix this situation, either fix my premium account so I can use premium recipes or discontinue my account.

Are you logged in when you click the search link? 'Cause you show images on your page which indicates a premium level. If you don't auto-login / prelogin, searches won't show you has premium and you have to relog in.

Just a thought.

Hello, I see that your account is flagged as Premium Enabled on your user status page, and last renewed for 1 year on Thu Oct 17 10:25:36 2013: Premium for 1 YEAR via rebilling

Try a log out and log back in as Yther suggested. If that doesn't do the trick, please let me know which browser version and type you are using, and we'll try and get to the bottom of this.
