There was one minor detail I saw when all the updated items were sent and approved: orious Brambleborn Sleeves as an item. There was about 10 updates sent and most had front truncated names like the sleeves. So, I started looking backwards through EQIC buffer and saw Trader Satchel names were missing first letters (items as: ader Satchel). I finally got to this area:

Ignore how old the augs are, trying to level, AA and equip 7 toons on separate accounts is challenging while raiding and my fellowship want to do collections/achievements daily (/jedimindwipe). As you can see, the armband was processed properly BUT after it saw the Numinous symbol, that was when names started getting borked. So I went to Lucy, looked at Updated Items link and saw orious Brambleborn Sleeves, clicked the link, name was listed as such and gave me initially the History view, clicked Detail and at the Link: Allakhazam's Entry, clicked that. It took me to the propper page of Glorious Brambleborn Sleeves. Lucy was verified but Allakhazam page was not updated with my name.
I went back to Lucy and did an item search for: Glorious Brambleborn Sleeves. None found. I broadened the search for: Brambleborn Sleeves. It had 9 entries and one was: Name: orious Brambleborn Sleeves Type: Unknown #108. That's when I went through EQ IC buffer to find where the errors started, which is explained above. Figuring the aug was ******** up IC, I removed and deleted the Numinous Wrist Symbol of Growth and zoned. It sent update for Glorious Brambleborn Sleeves and Lucy fixed the entry and Allakhazam updated it's entry. I backtracked through IC again to the same area:

It fixed the names of items afterwards as well as the Trader Satchels name. Do note that Cloak of Serenity was NOT affected in either event. Lucy corrected the name and set it as type Armor.
1. Can you at least allow us to increase the buffer size significantly? There are 36 bag slots that could possibly hold up to 40 items in each bag slot. Add the items you are wearing. Swell the amount when working on items that have slots for augments. I've tried troubleshooting before but because bank slots are processed last, I can't see what it did to worn items. Luckily I didn't have much in my bank to allow me to see where the truncating started happening.
2. You have a SERIOUS programming error when it comes to processing Numinous symbols (and it seems Soloist also). I've seen here that I'm not the only one who has mentioned this problem with Numinous symbols. You noticed it happened when an earlier post of mine informed you that truncated words were accepted and shown in Allakhazam. You "fixed" this by forcing Lucy to point to the correct Allakhazam page even when the Lucy entry was incorrect (see above). One cannot say it is EverQuests fault because Magelo processes these just fine. I do not know if it extends to Regal or the previous expansion user made armor symbols but I'm going to test it later.
3. You can see that there is a problem with Demon's Horn on another toon above. PLUS there's another problem with another item that I can't troubleshoot properly because of the horn.
If you have no plans to fix these items, just let me know so I won't waste your time and mine trying to help pin down the problem.
TLDR; You have a programming error processing Numinous and Soloist augs as well as the item initially mentioned.
