In patch 1.7, PvP souls were moved to the Planar Attunement trees. The PvP souls have been removed from the soul builder (icons are still there, but you get a little message that says the soul no longer exists), but haven't been added to the PA builder. ETA?

STC should be fixed today. The PVP souls were still in their data for some reason.

PAC plane of war is handled differently in their data than the other stuff, so trying to figure out how to make that work. ETA is ASAP, so next couple days.
