ok im posting here as i cant find any other way of contacting the site administrators.

i subscribed to "https://everquest.allakhazam.com/" a few days ago, got an error saying payment couldn't go through, i tried a second time and got the same error.

i checked my bank account and 2 payments had gone out, 1 was gone completely to this site, the other was pending.

2 days later i have the money that was pending back in my account. the subscription fee went to this site, but i STILL dont have premium access.

can anyone help or give me the contact details of someone that can help! :)

I believe Darqflame handles everything to do with accounts. She'll get you sorted out if you email accounts@allakhazam.com
